Not Very Please with Time it Took to Repair Vehicle Gave 2 Star Rating because the Service Center was Swamped with Vehicles for Service, and it took them 2 Days to get Parts from their Parts warehouse i Gave 2 Star Rating because the Service Center was Swamped with Vehicles for Service, and it took them 2 Days to get Parts from their Parts warehouse in Charlotte, NC, Service Dept. lost time trying to Second- Source a part that GM no longer make Available for my 2009 Equinox. Service Advisor could have been more responsive with update on status of Repair, but I guess he was just swamped with dealing the work-load put on him by this shop.There is no guarantee that my if fixed, since they could not replace the part ( Steering Column ) that was recommended by Service-Tech, Which GM no longer provides for my vehicle. I decided that the part that the Service- code ( c0460 ), indicated be replaced only, I would see if that corrected the problem, part is PSCM unit Assy. I took my vehicle in on 03/27/18 and received it back on 03/30/18 approx. 2pm.I had to rent a car, because I didn't know if I would get my car back for the week-end, I had no other personal transportation. More

Great Service Work Had to have A/C work on my 2011 Truck with 222,000 miles on it. They had to take my Dash apart in the Truck to replace evaporate coil that was leaking Had to have A/C work on my 2011 Truck with 222,000 miles on it. They had to take my Dash apart in the Truck to replace evaporate coil that was leaking and not letting the A/C work right. This is the first time I had anything done to the A/C. Gary Vogt and his Techs did a Excellent job of taking out the old and replacing with new parts and even my old dash cover that had some cracks in it. They replaced the Dash Cover with a new one. Everything looks like when it was brand new again. So Thanks to Gray and his Techs and Everyone else that had a part in getting this done. EXCELLENT WORK !!!!!! Glenn Lannan = P.S. =Ferman Chevy has always took care of my Truck since I got it in 2010 =GREAT JOB!!!!! More
