Redemption This is a follow up to a review I left last week. The service center redeemed themselves by fixing my car. While the situation was inconvenient and This is a follow up to a review I left last week. The service center redeemed themselves by fixing my car. While the situation was inconvenient and expensive, they did everything they could to make it a little easier on me. I was provided a loaner car since my car was in the shop for over a week and provided a slight discount since the problem wasn't addressed the first time I brought the car in. Brian did everything he could to try and make my experience positive, it's just frustrating that it happened. In addition to the car troubles I was having, I didn't appreciate being asked multiple times by the same person about buying a new car instead of getting my existing car fixed while trying to get the loaner car. I had enough stress for the day, and I didn't need to keep explaining myself to the individual that I wasn't interested in buying a new car at that time. I honestly think this service center is too busy for their own good. Customers aren't provided the good quality service the first time around because they are so overwhelmed with trying to please everyone. I should have been provided A+ service the first time around instead of having to reach out to a manager. I have had a Hyundai and a Mazda, both of which have busy service centers, but the quality of service received at those locations in comparison to Chevy is drastically different. Hyundai provides a car wash for every service appointment, while Mazda makes the experience more personal and offers coupons. Both of these things are small tokens of appreciation for a customer's business. More
