They Aim to Please Someone backed into my car and I took it to Ferman Collision Center. The service advisor was very thorough in evaluating and estimating the damage. The damage although not significant was repaired in short order and the car looks as good as new The paint job ["racing yellow"] is a perfect match. The work was completed within 72 hours. They even took the time to buff out another spot on the vehicle. The Service Center is not close to my home, but I chose it because I've had work done there before and I've never been disappointed. The service agents and office personnel I dealt with ikept me informed of the progress at each stage of the repair. Every member of the staff is personable and professional. They treated me well and I highly recommend Ferman to anyone seeking collision repair. More

Great Sales and Service. I have done business with them off and on, depending on what brand of vehicle I owned, for several years. The only improvement I would suggest is the Sales department could have a little more privacy. It would add greatly to the perceived quality of the dealership.. Scratched my car and chipped paint Brought it in for a simple oil change. They Scratched my fender, side skirt and chipped my door paint! Fixed the scratches but not the paint chips.
