Have had a great experience with Gary Vogt in service and have no qualms when my car is there for service. I have a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban with 44k on it and it looks and drives like brand new. Follow the recommended service guide and your Chevrolet will last a long time plus the repairs are guaranteed at a dealership. More

Problem not fixed, severaly calls were not returned. I brought my Impala in for warrantee work on April 12. Relatively minor problem turn signal worked, but intermittently would stop clicking, resulting in signal sometimes being left on. It was not clicking when I brought it in, the tech observed the problem. I made it clear it was an INTERMITTANT PROBLEM. Was told they had a technical service bulletin on the problem and know how to fix it. Got the car back the next day, it was working, but the following day it did not work. And the problem continues to come and go. Left messages for the tech, Brian Woolery on April 19 and again with Cindy on April 20. Still have not received a call. I wasted three hours taking the car in and picking it up. If I ever get a call back, I will probably be told to bring it in. If I do, I am afraid it will start working again, as it always does, and then stop in a day or two. • I am upset that I was told they knew what the problem was, and when apparently it started working, and they thought it was fixed. • I left messages on two occasions that were not returned. • I am angry and will follow up with the dealership, social media, and General Motors. I bought the car from Ferman and this is unacceptable. TAS More

Rear Bumper Repair I came to Ferman to get my rear bumper repaired. I was rear-ended in a car I had only had for 5 days. And the other driver had taken off. Not only was I came to Ferman to get my rear bumper repaired. I was rear-ended in a car I had only had for 5 days. And the other driver had taken off. Not only was the personnel compassionate, about my situation, they were also very professional and courteous. My car was looked at, written up and the patients ordered. As well as scheduling a drop off date and time. Once the parts came in, I dropped it off and it was ready in three days. The bumper turned out great and it looked like a new car (again). Everyone at Ferman Chevrolet was great and I had a great experience. If you want quality, professional and courteous people, Ferman is the place for you! More
