Horrible Experience The dealership kept my car for over seven weeks, they were unable to get parts, when they did get parts they were damaged, the one in only mechanic c The dealership kept my car for over seven weeks, they were unable to get parts, when they did get parts they were damaged, the one in only mechanic certified to work on my car was sick, the mechanic who is certified to work on my car was working on someone else’s car, etc. When we finally did get the car back, the alignment was so messed up that they carpooled incredibly hard to the right. We had just had an alignment done prior to taking it in for service, so this was not a pre-existing problem. We waited for over an hour And a half for the alignment to be finished. Finally my husband went to check on it only to find it had been finished, but no one had bothered to tell us. More

They act as if the car is smarter than a human I have taken my car to them twice, (once a little outside of 30 days after purchase) due to numerous safety concerns. From air bag service requested a I have taken my car to them twice, (once a little outside of 30 days after purchase) due to numerous safety concerns. From air bag service requested alerts, check engine light issues,car jolting while stopped etc. The list goes on. The first time they advised me they couldnt find any reads and my system needed updated. However ALL of the same issues started back again right before my oil change. This time i took pictures of the errors (the ones i could catch in time). I took my car back for an oil change and requested service due to the same issues. This time my advisor said they, "couldnt find anything because the system isnt reading anything." I then showed him pics and he said, " i believe you, and your car may require work soon but as of now there is nothing to do". This left me confused because i showed him a false read that pops up multiple times. Yet there was no attempy yo do further research. I have rented plenty of Impalas and still do for vacations. Never once have a drove and Impala that rides like mine. They do not take customer concern serious. You can show pics, but if the car doesnt read, "oh well". I am now left paying for a car that I drive frequently and do not feel safe in as it has a mind of its own. Anyone who drives the car can feel the issues (at they did the first time i brought it in). The temporary fix was just that. I just wish they would be more attentive and alert to customer concerns .I would like to commend their customer service. More
Great Sales/Horrid Servicr dept I showed up for my previously scheduled appointment, after several calls and miscommunications with my service rep. When I arrived, my service rep was I showed up for my previously scheduled appointment, after several calls and miscommunications with my service rep. When I arrived, my service rep was not available, and no one had record of what work I was there for. I was supposed to take their courtesy shuttle to work, but it took so long I had to have a loaner car for the day. The lady who did the paperwork for said loaner told me I had to replace what has u used for the day. When I expressed my opinion that I should not have to pay for that since I was supposed to take the shuttle, her reply was "So dont then". Which i found rude and in professional. A month later I get a call that they accidentally didn't charge me for the oil change that was performed on described day. And had the nerve to call me up and ask that I come in and pay for it. This is just the last horrible experience I've had with the Ferman Service Department. I have nothing good to say for my previous visits in the last 3 years either. More
Did good work in reasonable amount of time. Very freindly service. Associate was very helpful.
