Nobody took the time to talk to me or ask if I had questions, maybe because I'm just supposed to be a nieve female. When I went to pick it up and pay I was rushed and didn't get to ask questions before my service tech was already gone back out the door to the next customer. I wasn't satisfied with the service as I still don't know if that was the true or only issue with my car. I can't even tell you if it's fixed. It still drives the same. More

Waited 4 hours before my Ferman 2013 vehicle was seen for diagnosis only of a faulty oxygen sesnsor after my appointment time. After an hour of waiting I asked for before my Ferman 2013 vehicle was seen for diagnosis only of a faulty oxygen sesnsor after my appointment time. After an hour of waiting I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told they are only for new car purchasers. I left at 5:30 from a 2:15 appt. Parts were ordered and the repair was completed 2 days later. I was given a loaner this time while the repair was made. More
