Oil change service I gave a 3 rating for 3 reasons. I was there for a simple oil change, quoted an hour. My car didn’t go on the lift until the 1 hour mark... I had jus I gave a 3 rating for 3 reasons. I was there for a simple oil change, quoted an hour. My car didn’t go on the lift until the 1 hour mark... I had just gotten it washed and waxed, the technicians left handprints all over the front edge of the hood and driver’s door. This may seem picky but I expect a little more attention to detail...which leads to the 3rd reason. When the service was all said and done I was told it took longer because the wrong oil was put in by mistake so they had to drain it and replace it with Mobile 1, which is what I was asked at the beginning if that’s what I wanted. All in all, little disappointed this time around. Note- Did not get any names from the service Dept, I have to select atleast one to submit the review. More

Didn’t find the issue with my truck. I brought my 2002 Blazer in for diagnosis. The RPMs are jumping and it was act as if it had cruise control, which it does not. They had it for 2days a I brought my 2002 Blazer in for diagnosis. The RPMs are jumping and it was act as if it had cruise control, which it does not. They had it for 2days and never found the issue. I then took it back for further inspection. I paid for a $70 plug and was told it was good to go. However when I left the dealership, it did the exact same thing with the RPMs. I Thought the dealership of All places could find the issue. Guess I was wrong. More
Horrible Experience! I’ll never be back! I went in for an oil change and had my firearm was stolen out of my glovebox! NOBODY should have been in my glovebox for an oil change!
