Last minute service I needed a front end alignment and oil change before a trip and Ferman Chevrolet was able to get me in the next day and had the car ready to go by no I needed a front end alignment and oil change before a trip and Ferman Chevrolet was able to get me in the next day and had the car ready to go by noon. They also researched an engine code and was able to reset it while telling me to keep an eye on it for possible sensor replacement down the road. Manny did a great job keeping me posted and even sent over a shuttle drive to get me back to the shop for pick up. More

Vehicle maintenance I have used this location purely out of convenience in the past but I am strongly considering going back to Regal despite the drive time. The cashiers I have used this location purely out of convenience in the past but I am strongly considering going back to Regal despite the drive time. The cashiers aren't so friendly and my interactions with them have always been stale and uninviting. When dropping off it's easily a 10min wait. I have had to wait 15-20 on many occasions. I am a patient person so typically this doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that when I'm dropping off The Advisors are nice, they great you, and make you sign and go on about their day but when you come to collect your vehicle they are usually busy with someone else so there is no recap or recommendations based on multi inspection. I'm not even sure the mechanic checks anything because I have only received paperwork showing specs once in the year plus I have gone to this location. Pricing is expensive but most consumers go to the dealer for piece of mind and quality of service...after repeated visits I can't say the service has gotten any better. More
