Created Problems I didn’t have before So prior to coming for a standard oil change, my SVC tire monitor worked fine. Never messed up. My front tires were older but I just replaced the brak So prior to coming for a standard oil change, my SVC tire monitor worked fine. Never messed up. My front tires were older but I just replaced the brakes. The back tires were newer. I mentioned this information & that I planned on putting my back tires in the front & front to back prior to the oil change (in hopes that they would not upsell me on anything-which happens a lot as a younger female at a car dealership). During the oil change the guy comes in & gives me a list of stuff that needs done-recalls, etc. He mentions that the front right tire monitor is not reading-which was weird because it was prior to visiting. I leave the store. When I get home I noticed they switched my back tires to my front for me-which at the time I appreciated. Next morning/next time I start my car-none of my tire monitors are reading, the SVC tire monitor light comes on. He says bring it by when I get back into town but when I ask the day I get back if I can bring it by I get no reply. Left an honest review on google, the manager replies & tells me to email them. I do & still haven’t received a reply in over 2 weeks. On the interstate it feels as though my steering wheel now wobbles at speeds above 60 mph. Before this oil change my car was fine. While the one star is for the problems I now have with my car, the man who helped me Merrick was very nice & I don’t have any problems with him. I can’t check his name below because I don’t see it. My experience I was there to have my oil changed. The service was good but the time that I waited to have it done was way too long. My husband took my car there onc I was there to have my oil changed. The service was good but the time that I waited to have it done was way too long. My husband took my car there once before to have the oil changed. He and my son waited 5 hours! I waited 2 1/2 hours! That is just too long. More

in quick and fixed fast of day, they were finishing up. My car couldn't be worked on until the next day. Merrick got me into a Ferman car to use to get home and to work of day, they were finishing up. My car couldn't be worked on until the next day. The same day,I got a text that they had gotten the car fixed, to come in the next day when I was done at work. When I got there the car was ready, Merrick took the company car and brought mine out. I signed the papers and was on my way. Very pleased with the treatment, speed of service and time factor. Car was still under warranty and was taken care of promptly. More

Overpriced and Incomplete This was my second visit for a check engine light and have spent over $1700. After the repair, now unable to fill has tank with more than $8. Dollars This was my second visit for a check engine light and have spent over $1700. After the repair, now unable to fill has tank with more than $8. Dollars in gas without the pump clicking off and the check engine light is back on again with the same code they were suppose to fix. Headed back again... Very disappointed in the service. More
