Another garbage Chevy dealership, this time, they refused work on the Chevy Truck, because it was worked on by another dealer within the last 2 months. They are unwilling to fix it , and its under warranty. work on the Chevy Truck, because it was worked on by another dealer within the last 2 months. They are unwilling to fix it , and its under warranty. Never had this problem with other car makers, Ford, BMW, Audi, Toyota, Honda, all had no problems working on vehicles under warranty, even if it was touched by another Chevy dealer. They basically wasted my time, and refused to fix it. Their answer below this post only assures you that you will be lead down a dustry trail of tears with them. Their answer was for me to pay for the repairs, not the dealership, they aren't willing to rectify this situation. They will make you take your car elsewhere and refuse the warranty work working it out with the dealership themselves. It also goes to show you that Chevy won't standby their product and they will pass the buck the minute they have to work on it either from other CERTIFIED CHEVY DEALERS. Dealers should have to work with Chevy and not the customer to Negotiate warranty claims . Jeep doesnt do this, BMW doesnt do this, Audi doesnt do this, Toyota doesn't do this, I can go on. So before you buy a Chevy, understand that they will make you take it back to the original dealer where it was worked on, tell you to call their Customer Service (who is very rude and echos the same unprofessional behavior) and then tell you that even if you were out of state, that you are SOL on that and you would need to go to the original DEALER lol . They are out of their minds, both the Dealers and the CHEVY in general. So think about this before you buy another Chevy from not only this dealer but in general from GM. More
Bought a truck in September of 2022 and it has spent 144 days in the service department for problems and is going back today because check engine light is with transmission code again. Dealer needs to buy days in the service department for problems and is going back today because check engine light is with transmission code again. Dealer needs to buy truck back and reimburse me my down payment as well as payments made while it was in their shop. I am going to contact the news stations and make sure they tell my story of how this dealership treats their customers and what kind of junk they sell you. More
Brought car in for 7500 mile service including oil and transmission change with filters. They said both were done. When I got home did not see transmission fluid on service ticket. Had to travel back agai transmission change with filters. They said both were done. When I got home did not see transmission fluid on service ticket. Had to travel back again to get it done. Dealer charges double for transmission fluid and filter compared to others. Over $1600 for this service is outrageous considering they did not even do it correctly. Beware of this dealer saying they did the work agreed on versus what they actually did and what they charge. Labor $200/HR is comical! More

I wasn't going to post a review, because I didn't want to ruin business. I've had NOTHING but problems since I bought my 2022 Chevy Equinox BRAND NEW with 8 miles - I was in love with it! Right away, I had t ruin business. I've had NOTHING but problems since I bought my 2022 Chevy Equinox BRAND NEW with 8 miles - I was in love with it! Right away, I had to bring it in because of the infotainment package did want to perform the way it should - it took multiple times for them to fix it. It was glitching and wouldn't come on - I had no access to safety features, radio, blue tooth, etc! They "updated" it the first time. It still wouldn't come on every time. I had to take it back, said it "should" be fixed - nope! same issue! I had to make ANOTHER appointment on the third time bringing it back, they replaced the entire infotainment package (after they said it was replaced the second time!) YAY! It FINALLY works and no issues since! Secondly, I've had 2 oil changes, they are supposed to check the fluids and top them off, however, every time I took it for oil changes my windshield fluid would state "add more fluid" - got home, popped the hood, canister was half empty - the first time I ignored it. The second time it happened I brought it up to the technician. "I thought my fluids were supposed to be topped off when I got an oil change, on the paper it's marked "green" so that means you checked it and topped it off, so, why is it still stating add more?" Technician simply asks "would you like me to put some in there?" I said "the paperwork says you did put some in there, why mark that it was done when it wasn't?" If they didn't do this simple task, what else did they not do/check? BUT HERE'S WHERE IT CHEVY GETS REALLY JUICY! One day my husband and I were coming back from xx. Augustine, I was driving with Adaptive Cruise Control on, well, nobody was around us on the open road and my vehicle decided to slam on its brakes while going about 70 MPH, we were terrified. My heart stopped! Meanwhile, on the same trip, it was nice and cool so we had the sunroof open, but it started raining and it wouldn't close (We had to pull over and push the button while pulling on the shade to close it and I noticed a discoloration on the fabric when we successfully closed it (this is only the third time I opened it because it's so hot in sunny Florida.) Needless to say, I made an appointment, which was scheduled for this morning (Saturday, 2/3/2024 at 8:20 a.m. EST). At the time I scheduled, the technician brought up the recall on the chip for side mirror warning, they were supposed to call me when it came in after I bought the vehicle, I'm still waiting after a year and a half. Anyway - When I arrived this morning, someone ONCE AGAIN messed up, I wasn't on the schedule at all! Luckily, the technician was nice enough to take the car anyway. I got a call a while later, they wanted to tell me they ordered the part for the recall (but I thought you ordered it when I bought the car /shrug). they also informed me that my "sunroof wouldn't be covered under my warranty! I was told that debris is building up in between the glass and shade which is why it is leaking and discolored." I said "how is this possible it isn't even really used?" He bluntly told me "well, it's a weatherstrip there, it doesn't prevent debris from getting in, so, this is what happens when it does"... me: "I'm sorry, you're charging me for a design flaw?" (I know it isn't the person informing me on the phone's fault, so, I'm trying to remain calm and kind toward him). I did state that this is not normal wear and tear and I shouldn't be held responsible for a manufacture defect. If a barrier fails to barricade unwanted situations, then maybe you should put something a little more reliable there. A dealership should not be able to conduct business with such unfair practices. I was sold a defected vehicle and they don't won't take responsibility for it. If you go here. I hope your luck is better than mine. I will be contacting an attorney about Chevy. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 and post my review post. More
