Frustrated but satisfied. We just recently purchased our Chevy Cruze and after less than a month the car was having an electrical issue. We took it to the Service center and t We just recently purchased our Chevy Cruze and after less than a month the car was having an electrical issue. We took it to the Service center and they kept it an entire day before returning it to us with the same issues because it couldn’t be recreated in the shop. Keep in mind there is a service bulletin describing the exact issue and how to fix it that was put out by GM. They said that the Service bulletin did not apply to our vehicle because ours was a 2016 and the bulletin was for the 2011-15 model years. I decided to purchase the warranty part myself and do the warranty work myself so my family wouldn’t be stranded and when the parts department pulled the VIN# my car is actually a carry over model meaning that it is a 2015 just labeled a 2016. Long story short, thanks to the sales manager stepping in and pushing that I shouldn’t have to fix my own vehicle the service department looked at it again and replaced the bad cable. Haven’t had any issues since. More

Professional service at it's finest As a woman I'm often afraid of car dealerships. Afraid of a male dominated industry that has in the past taken advantage of my lack of knowledge when As a woman I'm often afraid of car dealerships. Afraid of a male dominated industry that has in the past taken advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to how things are and aren't supposed to run under the hood. That is not the case at Ferman. I was treated with respect and professional courtesy. From the moment I walked in the door, the F&I manager, John Hutchinson, reached out and asked if he could help me. When i explained i was there to get my tire repaired he kindly walked me to the service department where Howard took down my information and very quickly made the repairs. They also let me know my rear brakes needed fixing, gave me suggestions, but were never pushy. A big thank you to the guys in the service department at Ferman in Brandon. Keep up the great work! More
