Maintenance ARRIVED ABOUT 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT BUT WAS GREETED RIGHT AWAY. iN A FEW MINUTES EMMMANUEL INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND INFORMED ME THAT HE WO ARRIVED ABOUT 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT BUT WAS GREETED RIGHT AWAY. iN A FEW MINUTES EMMMANUEL INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD BE TAKING CARE OF MY CAR. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. TOLD ME THEY WERE BUSY AND WOULD PROBABLY TAKE ABOUT 90 MINUTES. HE SHOWED ME THE WAY TOTHE WAITING ROOM AND OFFERED ME COFFEE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WHEN MY CAR WAS FINISHED BEFORE THE 90 MINUTES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT WAS PERFORMED AND THE INTERACTION WITH EMMANUEL. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO FERMAN SINCE I MOVED TO FLORIDA 5 YEARS AGO, AND DEFINITELY PLAN TO CONTINUE COMING HERE FOR SERVICE. More
Poor service For the second time in as many trips I went to Fermans for service-spent some$421.00, and found my tire pressures totally messed up. The front tires w For the second time in as many trips I went to Fermans for service-spent some$421.00, and found my tire pressures totally messed up. The front tires were 80lbs and the rear around 60lbs-just the opposite of what the door panel pressure label states. At least this time the tire pressure monitoring system wasn't screwed up like the last time and requiring another trip on my part. It looks like once again they simply moved the front tires to the rear and vice versa. So if they can't get a simple matter of tire pressure correct what does that suggest about more complicated"service"? I plan on finding another dealer now. Finally, the cashier I dealt with was very less than courteous and not friendly. You would think she just dropped some$421.00 instead of me! More

But everybody I dealt with including the receptionist was very nice. They kept me fully inform on my car. Including all the phases it was going through etc. I highly would recommend ! More
Seamless experience I was absolutely impressed from the time I dropped my vehicle off for repair until I picked my vehicle up. The customer service team was amazing and I was absolutely impressed from the time I dropped my vehicle off for repair until I picked my vehicle up. The customer service team was amazing and kept me informed every single step of the way. I didn’t have to do anything but read my update text messages through so that I was aware of the progress. I didn’t need to contact the rental car company when the pick up date changed that was handled by the team. Awesome experience!!!! More
