Did not listen to my issues I told them it was a work truck and that I did not have days to let them have it and told them what the vehicle was doing... the service rep did not l I told them it was a work truck and that I did not have days to let them have it and told them what the vehicle was doing... the service rep did not listen to me about my issues . Fixed 1 of my issues then gave me the vehicle back after ca few days and the other issue I told him about was not addressed at all. More

Manny assisted me with my service needs and explained all of the recommendations for my next service. I told him that I picked up a bail on one of my tires and he said that he would look into. I had forgotten about so of the extended warranties that I purchase when I bought the car and to my surprise Manny let me know that the tires were covered. It is great when you're dealing with a company with such wonderful integrity. Most dealerships won't remind you of such things because they only care about their button line. More
