Initially Disappointed -but it was made right. Detail job could have been done a lot better. In my opinion, my 9yo daughter could have done a better job. I was told that you can't feel a tire balance wobble in rainy conditions. Yeah, I felt that wobble - and my passenger did - the entire hour and a half ride home. Spoke to Tommy Farruggio, and explained to him what happened. Absolutely amazing experience, very kind and accommodating. With the fact that I live out of state, he made me feel better about what had happened. Due to the fact that I live out of state, he did everything in his power to make things right. Truly appreciate that. More

Oil Change When I pulled up to the service for my appointment. I was greeted by someone who got me checked in immediately. And then 5minutes my advisor Gary came When I pulled up to the service for my appointment. I was greeted by someone who got me checked in immediately. And then 5minutes my advisor Gary came out and greeted me. We went over my services and price range for that day. He took me to the waiting area. Where I was also greeted by someone else who would keep me updated on the service of my truck. It was a relaxing and easy experience! More

Communication Issues I recently bought a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze, and after making a smooth appointment to get its first service, I felt very confident. I came in right I recently bought a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze, and after making a smooth appointment to get its first service, I felt very confident. I came in right on time, was greeted and the servicing began right away. Merrick, who serviced my car, was very friendly to me and was helpful from the beginning. After waiting a little under an hour (I expected about this much of a wait), I received a text saying that further work would need to be done on my car. I thought this would be the case as I knew that there were two small issues with my car (plastic part under front bumper was damaged; there was a recalled part in the fuel system), but what I didn’t know was that I had to sign off on a separate website via this text message in order for the servicing to continue. The text said nothing about it. I continued to wait for another hour before becoming more curious about that text and clicking the link on it (I hadn’t before because I figured the work I knew I needed to get done could be done later; I was in a hurry to get other errands done for the day.) The link then showed me an entirely different problem about my tire having some of damage and needing replacement soon. I signed off on this as needing to be done later because I had already waited longer than I needed to. Merrick came through to let me know after seeing my signing off that it would be another 15 minutes to be done. After another hour of waiting, Merrick finally came back in to let me know that my car was ready to go. He told me what the “damage” was on my tire and left, but I could not find him after paying and getting a receipt so that he could personally show me what damage there was or if he could be more specific, because I couldn’t see any damage to the tire, and his report for the tire said nothing about the specifics of the damage except that it needed to be replaced ASAP. All of the other small issues I mentioned to him were fixed, and I was glad for that, but there was just terrible communication as to what was going on. I saw several other service associates who came in and spoke personally with their customers about issues that needed to be resolved, and I felt as if I should have been in that position, but I wasn’t. It was time-consuming, aggravating, and I’m still wondering if somethig’s wrong with my three month old tire that shows no external damage whatsoever. More
