What I would have expected Overall the service was great. My only complaint was that they didn't wash my truck. Service for my vehicle The service could be improved for your customers. My car went into the ditch, was brought in on a tow truck. The repair included new radiators. I had to ask for the proposal. I prefer a phone call to discuss the work and have any questions answered. It seemed quite impersonal. The driver who took me to pick up a rental was very nice, courteous and drove well. Thank you Upon arrival to pick up my car, it was not charged and not washed. Perhaps I'm accustomed to a higher end service center that treats the customer as a guest. I think more people would return to your service center if the service was improved. I think for the price I paid for the service a charge of the battery and a car wash to wash off the grass on the car would have me returning to your site for service again. More

Lost a Customer - Bad Representation of Chevrolet Products I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Camaro from Ferman Chevrolet 2 years ago. I took it in today for an issue with hard shifting at 11k miles which th I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Camaro from Ferman Chevrolet 2 years ago. I took it in today for an issue with hard shifting at 11k miles which there is a bulletin out for a fix by updating ECU software. I requested this to be fulfilled. I have been experiencing this issue for some time now as well. Steve Liguori was the Service Advisor who was assigned to assist me with this issue. Upon picking up the vehicle he quoted his Manager (Brian Rabeau) by saying that because of a cold air intake and hi flow catalytic converter on the car they would not honor the warranty on the vehicle because it is not completely stock and that Chevrolet backs this up. The issue was there before the 2 bolt-ons but instead of providing good customer service they preferred to lose a customer and get an honest review from an honest person. Go Honda people but not from this dealership. Their lazy crooks.. More
Poor service department Had a bad experience with the service department. Had 2:00 appointment and arrived on time. By 2:15 had only talked to the greeter and decided to lo Had a bad experience with the service department. Had 2:00 appointment and arrived on time. By 2:15 had only talked to the greeter and decided to look for someone. Another service associate asked how I was and I ranted about the wait. He got another service associate to assist me. Long story short the service was not finished until 4:15. This was for a leak from a loose oil filter which ferman installed at the last oil change. The service department was only going to tighten the oil filter and top off the oil until a salesman intervened and got a complete oil change at no charge. More
