horrible experience TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SIMPLE REPAIR. NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW IF MY CAR WAS DONE. TRIED CALLING FOR OVER 2 HOURS BUT ALL I GOT WAS V TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SIMPLE REPAIR. NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW IF MY CAR WAS DONE. TRIED CALLING FOR OVER 2 HOURS BUT ALL I GOT WAS VOICE MAILS TELLING ME TO LEAVE A MESSAGE BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM ANYONE. NO HUMANS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE EXCEPT FOR A KIND RECEPTIONIST WHO TOLD ME SHE WOULD TRY TO HAND CARRY A MESSAGE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME BUT ONCE AGAIN....NO CALLBACK!!!! SHE TOLD ME THIS IS A CONSTANT ISSUE! MY ADVISOR GAVE ME A CARD WITH HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER BUT HE NEVER ANSWERED AND NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. NOW IT IS CLOSING TIME AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AND I AM WITHOUT MY CAR. WHAT REPAIR SHOP NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS ANY CALLS??? THE ANSWER IS FERMAN!!!!! More

Collision Center is A++! After taking my vehicle to three other collision centers, I finally - thank goodness - found Ferman Chevrolet in Tampa. (I have a Camaro and should ha After taking my vehicle to three other collision centers, I finally - thank goodness - found Ferman Chevrolet in Tampa. (I have a Camaro and should have gone to Chevy first anyway.) After being told very different things by other techs and fighting with State Farm for a month and a half, I found Denny Hancock, the Collision Center Manager. He's an angel. He listened patiently to my whole long story and offered great, realistic advice along with a valid diagnosis and reasonable plan for getting my car back on the road. My Camaro is FINALLY being repaired - and I have found a dealership I can trust. Huge, huge thanks to Mr. Hancock for his exceptional customer service. It is rare to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism these days. More
