Not like the first time Called on a Saturday to drop off truck, was told no loaners and no rentals come Monday and we will take you to enterprise rent a car and pay for your Called on a Saturday to drop off truck, was told no loaners and no rentals come Monday and we will take you to enterprise rent a car and pay for your rental if its under warranty ( 2018 Chevy Silverado - my third one by the way ). I was a little put off because I work for a living and Mondays is a horrible day. If your open Saturdays why not provide loaners or rentals. The tech I think was Stephen told me I could always go to another dealership. Wow sending customers else where amazing service I show up Monday to the service line where they asked if I had appts I said no I was just told to come. Guy rolled his eyes then left me sitting there for 40 min. Finally some guy came over said you been helped. Nope ! Then left me sitting there another 12 min. Service tech came over took the truck. They took me to enterprise got a car. They fixed the truck turned in my rental and when I got to the window I asked how I got the refund on my rental. The service guys says we don't do that we have loaners .. say what I was told you don't do loaners . Here is the best part and Thank god they have her as an employee. Her name was Seirra not sure if that spelled right. She was the woman behind the check out counter. she asked for my receipt for the rental and walked away. What ever she did she made it happen. Honestly she was the only bright light of my entire visit. I told her I would write a review and let every one know she is the greatest. As for the other techs seemed like the usual say what ever then pass the buck around. More

Terrible first service experience I scheduled a 10 am appointment for a basic service on a brand new vehicle with 6000 miles. 3 hours later I'm still here waiting. Customer service at German Chevrolet on Adamo drive is non ! I have been on the phone for at least 45 minutes on hold with the service department of Ferman Chevy on Adamo dr in Brandon Florida . The ultimate end I have been on the phone for at least 45 minutes on hold with the service department of Ferman Chevy on Adamo dr in Brandon Florida . The ultimate end of the call and hold always goes to voicemail of some guy named Gary Vogt it has been 5 hours since I left the first message no call back you can’t tell me this man is so busy that he can’t take 3 minutes of his time to return my call . I have a Chevy traverse 2016 and the a/c is broken and I live in Florida coincidently this is the second new traverse that this has happened to and the same time ! I am trying to make arrangements to get my car fixed and I have used ferman chevy several times before and they won’t pay any attention to me ! I don’t understand how a car delarship can be do rich that they turn away money from car repairs don’t use ferman the headache isn’t worth it and there is a lot of competition out there ! More
