Worst Experience My family and I have been extremely loyal to Ferman. As a matter of fact, in the last three years, I have purchased three cars from them. Less than a year ago, one of the vehicles we purchased was a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Camaro (our dream car). A few weeks ago, the radio and lights behind the A/C controls started flickering, and then finally went out. We tried calling to schedule an appointment to bring it in for a week, and left multiple messages for someone to call us back. We finally got ahold of Aaron, and he scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, the 3rd. We told him we would need to drop it off the night before because of work schedules. My boyfriend took the car Monday night, and the person that greeted him asked him what the car was brought in for, and after explaining the issue, he was told the person that can fix that is on vacation. My boyfriend got pissed off and left, so I called up there and asked to speak to the service manager. I spoke with Brian, and told him what happened, and he asked us to bring the car Tuesday. We dropped the car off on Tuesday night. Wednesday, and Thursday we had no news about the car, so I called Friday, multiple times, and left many messages for a call back so I could know what was going on with the car. Finally, Friday evening, I got a call from Aaron saying they figured out what was wrong with the car. The headlights were after-market, and fried the radio and lights behind the A/C controls. He then told us that it would be around $900. I explained to him that we just bought this in April, from them, Certified Pre-owned. This didn't seem to register, so I told him not to do the work. We will take it somewhere else. Less than ten minutes later, he calls back asking me if I knew that we had a Certified Pre-owned Warranty on the vehicle (after I had already told him this when we dropped the car off, and again when he gave me the price). I was told all we would have to pay is the headlights, since they were after market. He went on to say that the car would be ready Monday (the 9th). Monday comes and goes, Tuesday, and part of Wednesday. No word about the car. I started calling and leaving messages again. I then start texting, as the phone calls aren't working, and ask about a loaner car, to which the reponse was "I don't have any loaner vehicles". In the mean time, I have missed work since the 3rd, and it is now the 11th. When I do get ahold of him, it's one excuse after another. GM had a parts strike, I was out sick, we have been busy... I finally complained to them enough to get them to find me a loaner car. They told me to come by in the morning. My Dad had to drive me up there Friday, the 13th, to get it. When we got there, it took about ten minutes for them to get to me. Aaron took us over to the Used Car building, walked into an office, then went back to service. I thought maybe he forgot to grab something. We had been standing there so long, that one of the salesmen asked if we were being helped. I told him that at this point, I wasn't sure if we were. I explained why we were there, and he walked over to Service. He came back, went into the office Aaron had gone into and spoke with the lady in there. She had no idea we were there waiting for a loaner car. She didn't have one ready, had no idea we were even coming. She was clearly aggravated at the situation, but she at least was helpful and got me out quickly. I called my boyfriend and told him what happened, and he immediately called Brian and told him what happened. After talking to Brian, he was told they would help us price, and instead of $900, we would pay $700. Again, we had to remind them about the warranty. My boyfriend was told the car would be done Monday, the 16th, or Tuesday, the 17th, at the latest. It is now 2:00 Tuesday, the 17th, we haven't heard anything about the car, and my calls have not been returned. It has now been two weeks, and I am beyond furious. No communication, no respect, and absolutely no customer service. I have been in a customer service role for over 20 years, and I would never treat my guests like this. More
