I love Ferman Chevrolet. I came in for an oil change on my Malibu and left with a 21 Trailblazer. My initial experience with Cody was good. He found the perfect car for me and my budget. As for delivery my Malibu and left with a 21 Trailblazer. My initial experience with Cody was good. He found the perfect car for me and my budget. As for delivery of my car, it was a bad experience. He did not do a walk through of my car or it’s features. He was not able to sync my apple phone to CarPlay. He left me hanging to go on and sell more cars. Ron Whitting my finance man was great as well. If I based Ferman on my salesman, I would never gone back. But, I base it on service and that is great.my friend bought a used car and was treated like a queen. Cody needs to learn follow through with his sales. More

Mixed review Visit was to have what was essentially a recall to a transmission repaired. Dealer was unable to do the repair for 2 to 3 months. No Chevy dealer cou Visit was to have what was essentially a recall to a transmission repaired. Dealer was unable to do the repair for 2 to 3 months. No Chevy dealer could do the repairs in less than 2 to 3 months. No loaner vehicle was available. Car was not safe to drive. Dealer was fast enough to offer to sell another vehicle. Problem is that due to the transmission issues that they were responsible for, they gave less than value as a trade in. The dealer was saved the cost of the repair, was saved the cost of a loaner, but could low ball the value. More

Very disappointed in the customer service brought my 2012 tahoe in to have DVD player assessed as it wasn’t reading discs and it was covered by my extended warranty. I was immediately told I needed to get tahoe in to have DVD player assessed as it wasn’t reading discs and it was covered by my extended warranty. I was immediately told I needed to get a rental car in order for the ticket remain open to allow them to fix my vehicle. After the nightmare of getting to the rental Company and not to mention the money unexpectedly spent, I received a text message 5 hours later telling me they don’t know what’s wrong with it but GM won’t replace the system because my car was so old and that I could come pick up my car !!!! I wish they would have allowed me to stay For my appointment like I intended too, while they tried to assess my vehicle. Wasted my time and money and didn’t even get a complimentary car wash for the hassle. More
