Hi, Based on a 1 star review it seems you felt you had at the dealership. There was nothing we could have done to replace an obsolete DVD system. Being a General Motors Dealership we do not sell or install aftermarket audio or video systems. We even referred you to an outside audio installer that was willing to work with your warranty company.
