Bought a 2021 silverado in January, 5 months and 5500 miles later the engine fails. I have to have my truck towed to the dealership in Fri 5/21 approximately 10am. I call the dealership at 3pm that afternoon and leave a message for a call back to let me know what's going on. 1 hour later still no call back so I show up at the dealership at 4pm, the service writer was so rude, doesn't even look at me just looking at his computer and says he hasn't even entered it into the system and won't be looked at till Monday. I say I need a loaner and he just says he doesn't have and can't do anything for me. I go talk to the service manager and he tells me they will look at it today and also mentioned they have no rentals. BTW there was NO cars in the service staging area so I don't understand how he was so busy he couldn't have my truck entered into the system. Saturday 5/22 they finally call me back and leave a message stating it has serious engine failure and that it will be checked out Monday and that they would give me a call back and also find a rental even if they have to go to a rental company. Monday 5/24 no call, shocker, I call and leave a message and no call back. Tuesday I call and no call back, Wednesday I call and no call back. Thursday and still no call back. Friday I call and they finally call me back saying it needs lifter and that they are on order. Still cant find a rental, doubtful, and says the lifters could take a week maybe two weeks to arrive. I am wasting money on Uber or lyft and will they reimburse me? Doubtful. This is the worst service I've ever had, it's a shame because I've bought 2 cars, had 1 lease and 1 currently leasing from Fermans Mazda dealership that's right next door and now 1 car from the Chevrolet dealership. I will definitely steer away anyone I know thinking of buying from there. More
Charged me over $800 for a missed diagnosis. The kept my truck in garage for over 6 weeks. The service people never answer or return calls. They ignore texts. Had to call GM Customer Service 3 times! I took my truck for first service to this dealer as it was where I bought it. Appointment for 10:45 am on Saturday, arrived on time, and had to wait almost 10 minutes to be attended by somebody. I explained some concerns about the rear suspension as I noted the truck was higher on level from left side than right side. The representative explained me he would take the truck to be inspected after service gets completed, and it would take some more time than regular. I asked if they take me home, he said they don't, so I told him I was gonna wait in the waiting room. Almost 5 hours later, I woke up from the seat and walked to the service door pointing to the work shop, and realized the work shop was closed, the front desk for service area was closed too, and they left me locked inside the waiting room. I got out thru the sales area, and it surprised me see my truck parked outside. So, I had to get the sales person who I bought the truck from few months ago, he had to get somebody else, and this person gets a key to open the room where the fantastic service representative left my truck key. I never received any call from anybody to let me know the truck was ready to pick up. Nobody had the decency to get in the waiting room to let me know about. No text message, no carrier pigeon, no any smoke sign. I felt, and continue feeling, treated as trash. Today I tried to talk with somebody at service department because I don't know if they inspected or not the rear suspension, and nobody took the call. I left a message with the front desk attendant, no call back. I sent an email to the person who scheduled the service, no reply. Is it the way this dealer pretend I buy my next car from them? I don't really care how many free services remain in my account for buying the truck with them. Next time I prefer pay for service, than deal with this disrespecting people. Customer service people reading this review: don't waste your time saying sorry and pretending I call you to hear an excuse. It's a shame the service department of this dealer ruins the job of the sales department. More
I had the worse service ever here and it wasn't the first time. I went here out of convenience. They actually texted at closing time to tell me they needed to keep my car over weekend instead of calling me t time. I went here out of convenience. Next time, I will drive an hour to Ferman Tarpon where the staff is friendly and they call me to discuss the status of my vehicle. That just goes to show that value of the customer over there versus Tampa/Brandon. I won't be returning. That's why I even buy my vehicles there too. More

Service Advisor, Steve Liguori helped me on the oil and filter change visit. He was polite, helpful, friendly, and professional. I really liked that the employees were wearing masks. I liked that there was enough space in the lobby to practice social distancing and as always all the complimentary amenities such as coffee, hot cocoa, tea, water, etc. I was told the approximate waiting time so I had the time to go car shopping while I waited. 1 1/2 hr is a long time but the time flew. Too bad that his name is not in the service department list to provide him with the 5 stars rating. More
