My wife wanted a particular Colorado which was in stock at Ferman. We drove over 60 miles to the dealer with the intent on just test driving the truck. I usually loathe the car buying process but the combination of Dave, Daniel Buchlor and Phil Geyer made the process pleasant and hassle-free. I did prior research and knew what I was willing to pay, made an offer and Daniel made it work. Daniel even made me an offer on a trade-in sight unseen because we left it at home. They didn't want me to have to drive the 60+ miles back to the dealer so he sent the salesman home with me to get the trade-in. Awesome customer service! Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and fun! I was so pleased with the process that two weeks later I returned to the dealer and purchased a second vehicle, a 2013 Equinox. I can see myself doing business with this dealer for many years to come. More

Astonishing! I went in with the mind set of getting the specific car that I searched for through the USAA process, and came out with something better. Not only did i get a great deal, but I also got upgrad specific car that I searched for through the USAA process, and came out with something better. Not only did i get a great deal, but I also got upgrades! I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic LT. I could not be more happy with my choice. If i got to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. All those that helped me, really helped me. When they noticed they hadn't had the first car I was looking for, they really went head over heels to make sure i got a great deal on the car I left with. They not only matched the USAA savings I walked in with, but doubled it! I recommend Ferman Chevrolet to any and all. More
My last 3 new cars were (Hyundai Tiburon), Nissan Rogue and last, Nissan Juke. I have never experienced such professionalism, helpfulness and delightful personalities as my three main contacts (mentioned a and last, Nissan Juke. I have never experienced such professionalism, helpfulness and delightful personalities as my three main contacts (mentioned above)..I had to travel 55 minutes from my home to come here where I have a Chev dealership 9 minutes from where I live). And to top it off, it was the best deal of five different Chevy dealerships that I put in competetion with each other!! The last Chevy I owned was 20+ years ago (in Long Island, NY) and it was not a good experience. Ferman, Tampa has certainly changed my thoughts about your Company! More
I called in looking for a LS Tahoe which I had a price from Gordon and Stingray. Nelson answered my call, advised he did not have a LS, but an LT which is about 5k more. He told me he would get with his Manager Danny to see what they could do for me. Danny called me back in about 15 min. Advised he would get very aggressive if I have him the opportunity to "earn" my business , just not sell me a Tahoe. Danny invited me in to the dealership. I came in Nelson did an absolutely wonderful job showing us the vehicle, and why it would be better to have this upgrade. When we went in Danny brought us in his office. Danny was 100% a man of his word. He got very aggressive, we walked out paying exactly $227 more for the Lt than we would have paid for the LS. Essentially we got leather, heated seats, auto climate control and many more features for $227.. Now I call that a steal. Brian in finance was an absolute joy as well, knowing I keep my vehicles for 10 plus years, Brian helped us pick the best warranties to keep us covered for a long time. Nelson, Danny, and Brian are truly an asset to this company and my kudos got out to you. Thanks for an amazing buy!!!!! More
I have just recently bought a Cruze, and I love it! The customer service was fantastic and they were able to make it very easy for me as a single mother. Just finished buying a new Chevy Cruze from Ferman Chevrolet. This was the most pleasant, thoroughly satisfying, and stress-free car-buying experience I've ever had, and at 52 I've had a number of exp Chevrolet. This was the most pleasant, thoroughly satisfying, and stress-free car-buying experience I've ever had, and at 52 I've had a number of experiences. Dave Fenton, the salesman who took care of me, was not only a complete professional and very knowledgeable about cars but also very easy to talk to and very respectful and attentive to my needs. At one point during the experience, the sales manager Daniel identified an even better car in their inventory, one that had more features to suit my needs, and was able to arrange even more attractive financing and a lower monthly payment than I would have had with the original car I selected. So I took it! Jeff, the finance manager, also was a consummate professional, explained all the financing options available, and let me make the decision without pressuring me in one direction or another. Ferman Chevrolet is AWESOME! I have had the most amazing and stress-free experience with them while purchasing my new Chevy Cruze. I have been trying for over a year now to purchase a new, dependable, and e and stress-free experience with them while purchasing my new Chevy Cruze. I have been trying for over a year now to purchase a new, dependable, and economic vehicle. I have credit issues, so it has been grueling and full of rejection. A friend referred me to Ferman and Danny Buchler, the Sales Manager. She has purchased several vehicles from them and she said they would really work hard to get me in a car, that they were honest and fair. WOW! She was so right! As soon as I pulled into the dealership Danny came right up and greeted me. He was so friendly and seemed genuinely excited that I was there. He introduced me to Gabriel Tavarez and explained that Gabe would help me get the process started and show me some vehicles. Gabe was fabulous! He was so pleasant and patient with me. He answered all my never ending questions, and even asked me some. For example, he asked me what I was looking for in a car. With credit issues, I have always been directed to a specific vehicle, usually the cheapest one on the lot, and told that is the only car I qualify for. Not at Ferman! He showed me different cars, and options, and helped me determine what I really needed and wanted. And once I selected a vehicle and the “numbers crunch” began, Gabe stayed with me the whole time. He didn’t leave me sitting at a desk for 2 hours like most dealerships do. I felt respected, and like they appreciated that I was there and they wanted to be sure I didn’t experience any frustration while waiting. At ALL other places I have been I have always felt like I was a beggar and that they are doing me the favor. Danny worked with Jeff in the Finance office, and they put together a deal for me. They had a few questions and came to me and they both talked to me and showed me how it was working and what I was looking at. They SHOWED me... they didn’t just tell me “We can do this”, they explained how they were going to make this deal work for me, and they wanted to make sure I understood and was happy with it. I was! And I am! Even the end process of signing paperwork was awesome. Jeff didn’t act like a robot going through the tons of pages to sign, he was friendly and kept it fun, if that’s possible haha. I would recommend Ferman Chevrolet to anyone and everyone – they are the best dealership out there hands down. More
