I came across this dealership during a night I could not sleep. I was called the next day, less than 24hours. The lady was very nice. I ran late for my scheduled appt. and then had a phone call come in as soon as I arrived at the dealership greeted by Mr. Terry. He was not impatient or rude, he spoke with my husband while I finished my call. I told him I was looking for a vehicle that you can get to the trunk w/o getting out, low and behold they had a 2009 hhr. After talking we were asked to come back the next day which was better for me and my husband. We came back the next day and I am thinking there is no way my I'm getting this car unless I pay a large deposit and payments which my husband had already told me we would not do. Upon arrival we went for a test drive (husband drove)and loved it,but he still had his doubts about financing. Mr. David took us on the test drive. When asked the price of the vehicle I looked at my husband face and he was pleased, we were asked what type of payments were we looking to make instead of what we HAD to make. Mr. Terry and Mr. David worked some MAGIC in there and next thing I know everything is what we want. Now since I did not expect to get a vehicle that day we had a lot in my old vehicle. Mr. David and Mr. Terry helped transfer my things to my 2009 HHR and they talked and laughed with us the entire time.When we got home my husband tried to set up onstar and somehow my vehicle was turned off by accident. My husband called Mr. Terry and he told him what to do and that if there was a problem he would be sure to get it right for us.It was just a dead battery.Mr. Terry did not get upset or annoyed he handled it and told my husband who to contact and any questions to come back to dealership. Upon returning to the dealership Mr. David showed me how to use my vehicle phone, program phone numbers, showed me what all the inside buttons do and some I asked several times what it does, he never had a attitude or got frustrated with me, he just went over it again. Mr. Terry and Mr. David are some awesome people. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, it was lower than my husband thought and the payments are even lower than my husband could have imagined(he's happy),Mr. Terry also gave me directions to the DMV which I was having a hard time finding. I am enjoying my HHR and it would not have been possible without these guys. Thank you so much from THE BENTON FAMILY. More

I was in need of new car very quickly and went to Ferman Chevy because I heard great things about the customer service and especially about Terry. She also told me he had about 20 years of experience so I knew I'd be going in to talk to someone who really knew his stuff. I went in with not much experience especially this being my first time buy. No question was silly or stupid and Terry explained everything to me in detail so I understood what I would need to do and how to do it. I did not have much time so in two days Terry searched everything he had and gave me every option including new, certified pre-owned and used. When picking out a car he showed me what he felt he was comfortable selling me and since I am young he treated me as he would his own kids letting me know he wouldn't put me in a car he wouldn't put his own in. We finally found a pre-owned chevy cruze which he highly recommended because of its safety features and size. He was able to work out small details with me and my mom so I could get the best payment option and a low interest rate. He also made sure the finance guy knew my situation and he was able to help me out just as much explaining everything in detail. There was no hassling no gimmicks no tricks or anything. And service was fast and everyone was extremely nice. I would highly recommend any of my friends or family members looking for a car to see Terry because of his experience, knowledge, reliability and kindness. Even after buying he has made sure to follow up with me and when I had to get my antenna replaced he made sure to contact the service guys and do everything he could to get it fixed quickly. More
We were approached by Mr. Jose Inoa, I informed him immediately that we were just driving by and just wanted to see if we could afford to purchase a new Impala. The Impala was just beyond our price r immediately that we were just driving by and just wanted to see if we could afford to purchase a new Impala. The Impala was just beyond our price range so he suggested the Malibu and offered a test drive, we were Sold. We returned on Sept 2 and selected two cars after driving them we choose one. Jose was very through in explaining the car and the warranty. This was the best experience we have had in purchasing a new vehicle in the 30 years that we have been purchasing new cars every 9 to 10years. The only complaint I have with the dealership was the finance, we were shown a form showing a group of service plans and the finance rate for each group, at no time was there mention that this was in addition to the price of the vehicle, We were told to sign a pile of forms without the time to look them over and discovered a few days later that this added over $4000 to the vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke to Mr. Inoa he tried to help but finally the Finance person Mr. Day called me back and after a very short conversation finally offered to delete the extras from the deal. My complaint is that when this added service was offered at no time was the costs explained to me, if they were I would have not accepted them. More
Mark Wilson sold me a new 2013 Chevy Equinox. He answered every question quickly and professionally and showed me how to operate everything as if he were talking about his own car. Every detail was handled like they had all done it before... just as you would expect from a dealer who wants to keep you as a customer. I checked the inventory, took a test drive, had the orientation, completed all the paperwork including financing and was out the door with a new car in less than two hours. And the Equinox was EXACTLY what I wanted; easy to get in/out, fuel economy, no wasted money on frivolous extras. Thanks Ferman. And thanks Mark. More
Terry is a great and helpfull employee. My mom had bought a car from him when hers quit working and told me to give them a try when I was looking. I hate car shopping but when you have someone that really cares about what you are looking for it makes it easy. This is my third car I have purchased and he didn't make me feel rushed or pressuered, like other dealerships I've been to. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in and he found me the perfect car. I must say because of him me and my family will continue buying cars from Ferman. Terry is a great asset to the company. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recomend seeing Terry Mahoney. More

Before I was even able to purchase a car I went up to ferman chevy in tampa for some information, Terry (my sales person) was very polite and even though he knew I wasn't purchasing that day he worked ferman chevy in tampa for some information, Terry (my sales person) was very polite and even though he knew I wasn't purchasing that day he worked with me and gave me all the information I needed to make my day of purchase successful, unlike a lot of other sales people I felt he was more interested in getting me into a safe, beneficial first car that would help me in the long run rather than just give me a car to benefit him in the work place. When I had the money and was willing to put forth my down payment on a car I went back up to chevy and terry took me through the cars he had that were in my price range, I am a very picky person when it comes to a big purchase and although I had no co-signer and not a single bit of credit he worked though as many financings as he could to find one that would work for me, I originally had my expectations at a used 2010- 2012 in mind but in the end I walked away with a BRAND NEW 2013 MAZDA 3 with only 3 miles on it as he let me test drive what was soon to be my new baby. If it wasn't for terry I wouldn't have my little beauty to look at in my drive way much less a way to get to and from college, I thought it would be a done deal then but I even got a follow up phone call to ensure I was enjoying the best purchase ive ever made. Anyway, I would recommend Chevrolet to ANYONE looking for a vehicle because they work with you to make whatever dream car you have into a reality. And once you get there, ask for terry !! More
