I don’t particularly appreciate when dealerships lie to you to make a sale. I was going through Bankruptcy and got this letter in the mail from this dealership saying that I could help, and I told them I w you to make a sale. I was going through Bankruptcy and got this letter in the mail from this dealership saying that I could help, and I told them I wanted to place a custom order for a specific model, and they told me to do that. I also mentioned to them that such a vehicle was needed within a particular time frame, and they said no problem, it would be done; boy, am I naïve to believe that I asked this gentleman for the order number and he just gave the run around at this point I emailed and to told him to scrap the idea and we are taking our business elsewhere. The moral of the story is folks don’t believe dealerships. I guess this is nothing new. We had visited the other Ferman Chevy location and had a HORRIBLE experience. I called this location and spoke with Ken who was very fast in having Laz, the salesman, call me back and within 2 hours we were HORRIBLE experience. I bought a car from Ferman and it has been a joke! I left the dealership with the fill window washer light on, I then looked down at the gas tank to see they have left me 1/4 tank of gas. Within 500 miles the car needed an oil change, the tires were deflated, and a 14 INCH piece of the sunroof fell in my lap. I made an appointment with Lexas of Clearwater they replaced the widow wipers and found out that there is a recall on the car! They have ordered the parts and will call back when they arrive. What makes this experience really special is I have called the dealership twice and no one returned my call. I have owned this car for 4 WEEKS, I cannot wait to see what else is wrong!
