I don’t particularly appreciate when dealerships lie to you to make a sale. I was going through Bankruptcy and got this letter in the mail from this dealership saying that I could help, and I told them I w you to make a sale. I was going through Bankruptcy and got this letter in the mail from this dealership saying that I could help, and I told them I wanted to place a custom order for a specific model, and they told me to do that. I also mentioned to them that such a vehicle was needed within a particular time frame, and they said no problem, it would be done; boy, am I naïve to believe that I asked this gentleman for the order number and he just gave the run around at this point I emailed and to told him to scrap the idea and we are taking our business elsewhere. The moral of the story is folks don’t believe dealerships. I guess this is nothing new. I called this location and spoke with Ken who was very fast in having Laz, the salesman, call me back and within 2 hours we were HORRIBLE experience.
