GPS Problem Resolved! I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going bu I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going but my nav would show me alternate routes that were much longer and out of the way than what I had known. Joe Cleaver in service has always been so helpful during the entire process and kept my up to date with everything. Robert (client advisor) and Kenny (bmw Genius) adjusted settings and worked side by side with Kyle the technician to make sure my navigation system was fixed properly. These guys really know their stuff and although it was a lengthy process, I understand they had to go through the proper channels to remedy the situation, they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied. He was knowledgable, he worked seamlessly with my insurance adjustor and I was back in my just like BRAND NEW car in 6 days! His service and the BMW technicians excellence was amazing. My car is in perfect working condition. I appreciate Joe's expertise and diligence. I whole heartedly recommend Joe. It also appears that only 1/2 the car was washed. REALLY?!?!?! How do you wash only 1/2 the car? This was my last chance to allow Ferman to service my cars. More

Took back so they can fix it said the amplifier is fried and they are not taking responsibility!!! it was working when I dropped off the car and you guys worked on its electricity and now its not working and not taking responsibility!!! they called a manager Dennis Daly to explain to me and he didnt even know where the amplifier was located in the car but he was sure that there are not taking responsibly... will contact corporate office to voice concern about the dealership and the way the do business. pay attention to what they suggest to repair and hopefully they wont break something while repairing something else! More

This individual is technically incompetent as he did not know the answer to my questions concerning the problem with the vehicle of course he lacks customer skills. He was talking to me in an arrogant and inflexible manner and he seemed annoyed that I had to complain abut my vehicle. What this dealership needs to realize is that WE PAY for our cars and we demand to receive the quality of the vehicles as well as the quality of the tech service. It is unfortunate to say the least that such a large dealership has offered the service department to someone like Brian More

Joe is the best. He always is friendly and really tries to make you comfortable. He goes the extra mile. The only thing that I can stay about Ferman BMW is the prices of such things as minor repairs. My front seat had a 2 inch scratch repaired and the cost was 83.00. I just would have fixed it for nothing for a good repeat customer. i called for an appointment at 3:15 p.m, brought the car to the dealer and let them check my engine oil for a leak and the car have some boiling noise sound, they said they gonna diagnose the car, we waited to the dealer and let them check my engine oil for a leak and the car have some boiling noise sound, they said they gonna diagnose the car, we waited for 2 days to get the answered, when i explain to them the problem they still said its no problem, they make me come back to the dealer and drove the car with the technician, they call me next day told me the oil engine was full that cause the problem, when i check my screen it said low oil, i did not put any oil when i bought it in, when i ask them to talk to the service director, Dan Sheehan he came out with attitude, he should not treat customer like that, im not happy at all. This is the second visit within the past month for two different problems. The first was to replace the A/C evaporator. Since I have an extended warranty (2006 325IC model with only 42K miles so the original warranty had expired) and it took Joe Cleaver some time and effort, including an inspection by the warranty company, to approve the work. Through Joe's hard work and effort the evaporator was replaced. Ferman and Joe provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. The second service was performed on 4/26/12 replacing the motor for the windshield washer motor. This work was done in a very fast and efficient manner while I looked at the 2012 models and given an overview by a member of the Olympic Team Member. If there was a higher rating than "Great", I would give it to Joe Cleaver and Ferman BMW. More
