When that deal didn't work out he found another that had all the features and more that would make me satisfied with my purchase. I was later introduced to Alex S. He was spectacular, he really knew BMW's and was able to answer all your questions. He even went above and beyond the call of duty when I had difficulties configuring my garage opener he came out to my house. I am quite impressed with the quality service I received at Ferman's. Service I was greeted nicely then went inside to do paperwork. I got my loaner car and off I went. When servicing my vehicle they found a leak in the valve co I was greeted nicely then went inside to do paperwork. I got my loaner car and off I went. When servicing my vehicle they found a leak in the valve cover gasket. They fix it at no cost to me because it's under warranty. Great job! More
