The service department personnel I recently purchased a Certified BMW from Ferman and had to take it on a relatively long trip. The mileage I put on made my warranty non valid by 100 I recently purchased a Certified BMW from Ferman and had to take it on a relatively long trip. The mileage I put on made my warranty non valid by 1000 miles when I began to experience a few issues with the car. Cesar Tereso assisted me with the issues, spoke with his supervisor, and made certain that all the issues were resolved and that I left very satisfied.
