I had my car brought in for service in Septempter, and it was abandoned with no word from your service team until I called and called over and over and finally reached a technician who couldn't really give m was abandoned with no word from your service team until I called and called over and over and finally reached a technician who couldn't really give me any answers about the car. My car sat with you for 2 months before I sent a tow truck to bring it back home. You have the worst service of any dealer or mechanic I've ever personally witnessed in 50 years. Inept and unprofessional is an understatement. More

My car was not functioning correctly when I left the dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the fac dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the facts even after a test drive with your senior service rep experienced the same issue within a quarter of a mile (when we brought it back). no one was listening to us or each other - poor communication. Requested a refund of my deposit which was put on a credit card. Was told it could remain and get points from the card company. So I left the deposit and then found that I was charged $75 for using a c credit card. Was told it could remain and get points from the card company.
