When I made the appointment on the phone I was told I would have a loaner. When I got to the service desk, early for my appointment I was told there were no loaners left. Since I had other appointments I would have a loaner. When I got to the service desk, early for my appointment I was told there were no loaners left. Since I had other appointments I had to get that mornI had to reschedule. I came back for the next and it was fine, except I am not happy with the changes they made to my dashboard. I liked the former display and cannot get it back despite pressing the very setting and looking in the owners manual. The tech genius helped with another issue but this one I didn’t notice until I was driving. More

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership, especially for just changing my oil! The service staff was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. The oil change was done in a timely manner; however, what really impressed me was the formal wait staff bringing me cappuccino and pastries while I waited. I will definitely be back! More
