The service department is great so is the sales department but the finance department is terrible. I’ve called this dealership 4 times telling them what I want and no one from the finance departme department but the finance department is terrible. Received an error message “drive train malfunction, drive moderately and see your service center”. Took it to Ferman BMW and they found there was a fault with my cooling fan per the computer codes. Left the moderately and see your service center”. Took it to Ferman BMW and they found there was a fault with my cooling fan per the computer codes. Left the car at the service center and after 1.5 days was told they found a faulty wire on the connector to the cooling fan. Final results were $86 in parts to repair and $1,400 labor cost! They also charge 3% if you want to pay with a credit card. First time I ever had to pay with a debit card to avoid the extra charge of using my credit card! They did wash and vacuum my car but didn’t feel the total cost was worth it and will look for another repair facility next time. More
