Had the brake fluid changed. Had to find the service center on the right side by used cars as you guys were having construction on the other building. Asked the service writer have the technician check the modules to make sure they don't need an update. Told him we have codes I can't clear I need to make sure it's not the modules. He responded by telling me I can't just clear codes. He seems more concerned with finishing his conversation with the other service writer. I got the car back Knowing modules were not checked. No mention of it on my receipt. Got the car back It had gone to the car wash but wasn't dried off. I had literally just washed the car. Now it's wet with water spots. And then had to go to another dealership and have the modules updated. I work on my own car for the most part and had just done oil, coolant, and transmission fluid. Also did coil packs, spark plugs, oil filter housing gasket, boost solenoid, diverter valve, coolant flange at oil filter housing gasket. The list goes on. I come to the dealer on the rare occasion that I don't feel like dealing with fluid recycling. Told me about two weeks on the valve cover and no oil pan. Then handed me an estimate for almost $7,000. Sounds like I'm in the wrong business because if you charge somebody $7,000 to do two gaskets is highway robbery. Especially with the level of service that comes with it. Momentum BMW in Houston and downtown BMW of Denver light years ahead of you guys and service. More
