By saying you made what could have been a super stressful process a breeze with your patience, knowledge, great attitudes and professionalism! And who is the 'A' team (A standing for Awesome I am referring too): It's Kenny Russell, Cleo Coney, Erin Chaparro, and Alan Mazu. Even the Reception at Ferman BMW is wonderful (sorry I wish I remembered her name but I did bring her a mocha as she helped set me up on an last minute appointment with Kenny who's is Truly a BMW genius and super cool to boot). I was in an accident and my Audi got totalled. I was so sad to have to buy a new car because mine was paid off and who wants car payments. However, I'm a realtor and really did want to get an very nice SUV as that would be easier/ more comfortable for my clients than my A6 Sedan. I first met Cleo when I came to see my soon to be 2018 white X5 Hybrid. He was so friendly even though it was late and probably the end of his shift. After the test drive I was hooked. Interesting because I had been dead set on buyer a Jag or Land Rover SUV but as a previous BMW owner knew I had to give them a try. On March 9th, I bought my dream car thanks to the 'A' team! (Sorry for the review delay. But Springs is super crazy busy for me as a realtor) Alan you're a VIP in my book for helping be one too. Thanks for having such a great team. Cleo you made my mom very happy getting me those matts and with your great attitude;) Solid Rate and thanks for knowing your stuff Erin and looking good doing it in those cute heels. And Kenny you went above and beyond helping me to understand all the cool technology. I mean he even perfected my bass/audio settings. Now that's customer service! Excellent Customer Service Experience When I needed an early morning appt to be able to test drive a vehicle, a sales person, Santos, met me there at 7:30am to accommodate my request. Fri When I needed an early morning appt to be able to test drive a vehicle, a sales person, Santos, met me there at 7:30am to accommodate my request. Friendly, attentive, answered all of my questions, etc. When we came back that afternoon after work to complete the paperwork, Derek had everything waiting for us and took us over to the Finance Manager, Joe Cleaver, who had everything done as much as he could, but also made the process fun, since no way to shorten it. All ijn all, we left happy people in our new Mini Cooper convertible. Love the car and love the dealership! More

no follow-up Took my 2008 BMW in for shocks and a gasket leak on Monday. Original estimate $3600 - more than book value of vehicle but I authorized repairs. Promised completion Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. On Thursday afternoon I'm told the car needs an additional $3500 in repairs. I was furious. Was told I needed to replace spark plugs and coils on all cylinders, a new water pump and steering shaft (none of which were contained on original inspection report and estimate. I finally agreed to steering shaft replacement as I was told the car was not drivable in current state although there has never been a problem with steering and it was working fine when car arrived at the dealership. I finally got the car back a week after originally promised. I made a complaint and received a notification that the General Manager wanted me to call to resolve the issue. I called and he was out of the office. Its been two weeks and to call-back from the GM. 1. Their estimate practices are completely disreputable. 2. Multiple completion dates missed with no status updates from dealership 3. Stock response fro GM seeking to resolve problem is meaningless with no follow-through. More

I saw one online at Ferman BMW so I drove over from Tampa to check it out. Dan Macdonald was my sales representative and he did a wonderful job. He is a very friendly and engaging individual and he knows his cars. He made me feel at home the entire time I was at the dealership and it restored my faith in dealerships after the last one I went to that was awful and attempting to be deceitful. Dan was upfront and honest with me about what the charges would be, and he got me a great price on my 2017 GTI S. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. 5 years of pining and I’m finally able to drive my dream car home. The rest of the staff was wonderful too.. AJ, Mickey, Brandy, and Chris. I highly reccommend going to Ferman when you’re considering a car.. just ask for Dan; he’ll treat you right. More
