Poor customer service communication My vehicle was towed 3 times to the dealership due to poor communication. At one point I felt a small display of descrimination and it was surrounded My vehicle was towed 3 times to the dealership due to poor communication. At one point I felt a small display of descrimination and it was surrounded by a money factor. My car was found to have been in a service colission where someone backed into something.
