I also called after I dropped it off and asked if he could check one other thing but this wasn't addressed when I picked it up and I had forgotten. Also, my usb inputs won't connect and won't charge even though they say the device is plugged in. When I mentioned this he just said, try another cord, but never addressed it with the people who do the service. This was not resolved when I changed cords. 3 of them. More

He’s young and immature with zero manners. I’m not some old person complaining about “kids today” I’m 35 and never acted as unprofessionally as MARC did while at Ferman Mini. I will be yelling from the rooftops to everyone to avoid Ferman at all costs. We will drive to either Wesley Chapel or Ft Myers which is even farther away to be treated in a professional manner and to not get ripped off in the future. More
