Was told 3 days for a wheel repair has now been 3 weeks due to picking up wrong tire. Still not promised it would be repaired faster. Told same time frame. Never got a returned single call from service manager or used car sales manager, after leaving two different messages. The service manager sent an automated text asking about my service experience . After I replied it was horrible , he never responded back or reached out for further information or to apologize. I was left to figure out the problem through the warranty service company and then gave up. Through text messages to my service rep I got some information , but I never received the paper I requested from the testing on my car to find the problem . I wanted to see the proof of how they came to their conclusion. That was avoided and I was simply told they were POSITIVE in what they found . It was a frustrating ordeal. I bought the best extended warranty - being told it covered EVERYTHING top to bottom , except tires , windows and normal wear and tear such as spark plugs and other basic maintenance items. But, somehow my shifter was not covered, and according to the GMC website there are several class action lawsuits for this exact problem. How disappointing that a valued, trusted company can’t fix this problem or respond to their customers who buy their vehicles and put their faith in the brand. So, my rating is not only against the Ferguson dealership , but for GMC as a whole. The two represent each other and both failed miserably. Customer service goes a LONG way , even when we don’t agree with the outcome. I feel lied to and cheated out by the rep who sold me the warranty and personally feel he should be liable to cover the cost I had to pay for what was not covered . It was a sham. DO BETTER GMC!!! Take care of your customers. When there is a consistent problem occurring in several make / models in various years , take care of it ! Have some integrity, grit and character to do the right thing . Be a company that backs their buyers. More

The entire experience was really frustrating. It started with the service rep not getting back to me when I was checking on the status of my vehicle. He would tell me he would call me back but wo It started with the service rep not getting back to me when I was checking on the status of my vehicle. He would tell me he would call me back but wouldn’t. I would have to call him back later in the day or the next day. This happened three times. He also had my information entered incorrectly starting with the reason it was in for service. The mileage on my truck was entered wrong, (97,000 rather than the accurate mileage of 55,132), and he had my name entered first name last last name first. The service dept receptionist couldn’t find any record of my vehicle due to this. She finally had to find it by using my phone number. I also opened a case with GM customer service since there was a recall on the fuel pump module for my year model and because my truck was still under the power train warranty. She attempted to call Ferguson to get further information about the service on my truck but was told they did not have my truck. This was due to my information being incorrectly entered. My service rep told me early on that the part that failed was back ordered and it would be a week before I got my truck back. No offer of a loaner was ever made. A week later he told me, after I had to call him, that it would be two more weeks before they could get the part. He called me the next day to inform me that they had been looking for the wrong part number and that now it would only be 6 more days before the part came in but that now I would have to cover the cost. It was going to be covered under warranty with the other part. (Exact same part but different serial number.) made no scenes to me why GM covers one persons failing fuel pump but not another persons failing fuel pump when they know fuel pumps in that year model are recalled and are an issue). That being said, after informing me that they had been looking for the wrong part I have to wonder if it would have taken two weeks for the repair if they had been looking for the correct part number in the first place. My service rep seamed disinterested throughout this process and seemed reluctant to offer information or assurance at any point throughout this process. The truck is fixed and running great but I feel this entire ordeal could have been handled better and smoother. I have had great experiences with Ferguson in the past and know their service department is top notch but it was very disappointing to me to have had such a negative experience with this last visit. More

The complaint I have about this company is that every time I bring my vehicle in for service which has only been twice so far they messed up my settings on my gauges. Then I have to get the book stick as time I bring my vehicle in for service which has only been twice so far they messed up my settings on my gauges.
