Second tome I visit this services center and last time. They treated me ao rudely! I had to call my husband to come from his job site to help me . I have a contract for 3 years for free oil change and tire rotation. When I got to the service desk I provide a copy of my contract and they told me great and took my car to get service. After 20-30min you the service representative came back to tell me this contract was only valid at the dealership I bought it from and if I wanted to get it service then I would need to go there or have the contract transferred to Norman center. Which I responded ok I will have to do that then . I was in the playing area with my 2 toddlers. I proceeded to get up to get my car. He sai it will be a few more min. I thought okay maybe they just need to have someone return my car to me in the front. They called me to the front desk and with my surprise they only hand me a invoice to pay. I told Richard , I wa never asked or giving an option to go ahead and have my car service and PAY for it. Which it doesn't make any sense to pay for a service I have a contract to get for free. My car I purchased from Oklahoma City because when trying to buy from the Norman dealership a GMC was price $10,000 over and not only that they were also asking for $10,000 down payment which me and my husband declined! We went to Oklahoma city and in 2 hours we were walking out with our new GMC Denali and with no problem. After just 3 months My GMC motor stop working. We had it service at Norman and it was over 30 days of nightmare . We had to cancel all our summer vacation plans. I was left with no car over 30 days . I have a family of four kids and it was so hard . Norman service center denied us a loner car and a rental car. We got the free oil contract from the Manager in Norman . I was not going to pay for something I have for free and Richard the service center was not wanting to give me my keys . I had both my toddlers crying at the top of there lungs. Another representative or manger was just standing there with a loud voice saying I had to pay. At this point I called my husband to come. I even gave Richard a card signed by him for a free oil change. When I handed him the card he said to me " Good girl" . So rude and acceptable! As soon as my husband got there they said it's okay you don't have to pay. My husband and I are business owners. My husband had to come to the center and leave his job site . I missed an important meeting with a client. When all thos time I HAD A CONTRACT FOR 3 years free oil chnage they gave me at the location by there previous manager . I really feel they have something against me because my race or because I am woman! I will never again visit there dealership for future truck purchases for our business and will definitely never step foot again in there service center. They have repeatedly showed me and my family there are unable to help, keep there word, provide us what wee need , and treat us so bad ! More
