We got what needed to be repaired however it was not in the time stated was told a full day delivered the vehicle to the service department at 1:00 p.m on Monday expecting to pick up Tuesday evening didn't the time stated was told a full day delivered the vehicle to the service department at 1:00 p.m on Monday expecting to pick up Tuesday evening didn't get the vehicle back until Thursday evening. This amount of time for a windshield replacment and a parking assist sensor warranty. Feel this could have been prevented by better organization from the service department. Should have only taken the day stated when appointment was made and was not even offered a loaner. All I can say is the person delt with this time was not openly rude. Contacted the service department before inquiring about warranties we purchased and was talk too like a piece of xxxx and basically lied to. When asked for copies of the warranties we purchased was told I would have to get them from finance. I called finance ended up leaving a message only to never have my call returned. At this point I do not feel ferguson desires my buisness in the future. More
