I only gave 1 star because I had to. Ferguson is the WORST dealership I have ever been to. This came as a shock to me because all of my previous trips were amazing. As soon as Gary Bu Ferguson is the WORST dealership I have ever been to. This came as a shock to me because all of my previous trips were amazing. As soon as Gary Burton became the GM it went down hill quick, like a semi going down a mountain with no brakes. This will be a dealership I stay away from and will continue to encourage other consumers to do the same, unless of course you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a vehicle and have to put it into the shop for months before you even get the tag for your vehicle. Let's not forget that if you try to fix the issue in 30ish days the only option you are given is to trade in the vehicle and carry over money from the vehicle you just bought and pay more for less of a vehicle, because of "depreciation".
