Ferguson Buick GMC - Service Center

It takes too long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Half the time I'm not confident my tires even got rotated. I know for sure once they did not and are now cupped because of it. I also take my GMC company truck there for service with same issues. The advisor there has to call for a PO from our lease company and it never gets completed even though I bring the information in with at check in. I still end up waiting for them to call and get the PO after they try to get me to pay myself. More

When I bought my car from this dealership I was told I would get free oil changes. Which I did not. Then when I do take my car to be serviced I leave with my issues. The wrench icon came on!
