Very poor communication at times, which resulted in me having to call numerous time for updates during the repair process. Loaner deposited wasn't refunded when stated by the service advisor, and I had to having to call numerous time for updates during the repair process. I was informed the multi point inspection was not needed since the vehicle was just purchased with 4,400 miles. The vehicle was in for a engine replacement less than 45 days after purchase, why would you add a line to a repair order for a service you did not perform. More
