Trainee service Had a 9:00 appointment they started at 9:45 finished at 11:00 got home and saw oil leaking from engine area drove 15 miles back to dealership and they Had a 9:00 appointment they started at 9:45 finished at 11:00 got home and saw oil leaking from engine area drove 15 miles back to dealership and they said they cleaned got home and same problem leaked all over driveway I had to crawl under truck and remove lower engine skid cover and clean oil mess myself they didn’t even offer me a courtesy service for next oil change for all my trouble NOT HAPPY. I still prefer this dealership for service this was just a trainee bad experience Kevin and Brian are why use this dealership for sales and service. More
