Ferguson Buick GMC - Service Center

I don't like upselling! I took my certified used car for an oil change after driving it 3,000 miles. They sold my wife on a new air filter. Either the air filter wasn't di I took my certified used car for an oil change after driving it 3,000 miles. They sold my wife on a new air filter. Either the air filter wasn't dirty enough to change, or it was dirty when I bought the car. Air filters don't get dirty in 3,000 miles. Service advisor said that the air filter they removed was really dirty; I took it to the used car manager, and he said it wasn't very dirty. They at least need to get their stories straight. Needless to say, I am through with Ferguson. Buying this car was a hassle as well. I will try to see if the certified warranty is good at another GM dealer, I suppose. More
