We usually do not leave reviews but feel that we owe it to anyone who is considering where to take their car to warn them of the poor service at Ferguson. We purchased two new cars there last year and have to anyone who is considering where to take their car to warn them of the poor service at Ferguson. We purchased two new cars there last year and have tried to use their service department several times with nothing but bad experiences. We have been cheated out of $900, had hours of our time wasted by being told one thing and then our cars not being ready for days later than originally promised, etc. We will not be going back even though we love their sales department.
