I wish I was informed on not getting a transmission flush when I was already having issues shifting/tugging. After getting the service done, it got worse. My SUV wasn’t worth the $3-5K for a new transmission when I was already having issues shifting/tugging. After getting the service done, it got worse. The worst service experience ever. They didn’t order the parts when they said they would. Kept moving back my service date until I choose another dealership. Daniel in Service Department was great. Took the time to understand my trucks issue and the mechanics got it fixed. No more "in 88 miles speed will be limited to 55mph" warnings.
