A/C Compressor Experience I own a 2015 Sierra 1500 with 27,000 miles on the odometer. My A/C Compressor locked up and I took it to the Service Department to hear their thoughts. Initially it was going to cost about $1000 because my 3yr/36,000 mile warranty had expired 5 months prior. However, ultimately Preston was able to help me our and Ferguson covered the lions share of the cost. More
New GMC Canyon We came to this dealership mid-afternoon just to look at the inventory and see the various options offered by GMC for the Canyon truck. We initially c We came to this dealership mid-afternoon just to look at the inventory and see the various options offered by GMC for the Canyon truck. We initially chose two different truck trim lines and asked for their pricing. Our decision process took about 1.5 hours to accomplish (discussion with my other half and debating between the two vehicles _ pros/cons of usage for the options). Once our choice had been made we ask Justin to obtain a written price as well as their offer for our trade in. We initially got the price that we expected for the first round of negotiations. We made several counter offers and more negotiations took place. The Salesman and Inventory Mgr. made counter offers with a few more creative ideas/incentives; we finally came to an agreement on the transaction. We were thinking that we would need to come back the following morning to complete the paper work and have the vehicle prepped. Wrong...Justin made sure that the vehicle was prepped/gassed and spent a lot time going over the Driver Control Info center options/setups and ensured that the paperwork would be completed that day. We drove our truck home that evening (sans the special floor mats, which Justin mailed to us the next day because it was late and the parts department was closed when we were ready to take delivery). As promised, Justin called the next morning to confirm that the mats were shipped and we received the mats the following day! We had an excellent buying experience; Justin and the sales staff knew when to listen and answered each of our questions without any high pressure sales pitch. The folks that we dealt with at Ferguson were top shelf. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new GMC vehicle. Thanks Justin. More
