Purchased truck less than 3 months ago.. Bought in tuesday.. Had to reach out each day got back friday... Volt gauge speedometer tach oil cooling line needed to be replaced already.. Completely upset over the expierence. My salesman Mr.Houston I cant give him enough stars he was AMAZING! where we ran into issues was the finance department. The man asked my husband what price range he wanted to stay in and once my husband replied he laughted at him causing nothing but issues there on. Then I finally get the car deal done on a Monday only to find out on Thursday the finance guy submitted the wrong numbers to the bank so I had to resign everything and caused my payments to go up. The first vehicle I purchased there was easy took only 3 hours thats why I went back in the first place. This time was 5 plus hours. Human error on the paperwork paybe... Insulting people is beyond ridiculous. More
