Service Department The guys at the service desk are very nice, but nearly impossible to get hold of. Trying to get a daily update on my car that you had over a week was The guys at the service desk are very nice, but nearly impossible to get hold of. Trying to get a daily update on my car that you had over a week was painful. Receptionist that forwarded my calls to the service department was not very friendly and seemed put out, (I’m not if she was frustrated with me or the service department). The cherry on the cake of this experience was the service department was unable to replicate the problem I was experiencing with my car. I still experiencing that problem, but I don’t have time to fight to get information. I’m waiting for it just to break. More

36k service We brought our crosstrek in for its 36k service and routine maintenance. Galen our service writer treated us awesome as usual and had a loaner ready! So if youre thinking of buying a General Motors truck our car i would recomend you not to and save yourself a whole lot of heart ach More
