52 days and my 2025 KIA Carnival still isn’t fixed. They had it over a month before opening a KIA techline case. I had to provide a video of the issue happening before they would look at it again. After I provided the video, it sat with them for another 8 days before they tried to replicate the issue again. They break every commitment they make, and it takes several emails/phone calls to get them to take the next step. Waiting on a lemon law/ buy back request to process with KIA. In the end, this will cost KIA $50k+ because Ferguson KIA is unable to reliably service the products they sell. More
I scheduled an appointment for my drivers side mirror back on 8/2. A few days later I realized I needed an oil change so I scheduled that for the same day. When I arrived, the guy who took my keys said that he only had me down for an oil change and he didn’t think they had time to get to my mirror today. Since I originally scheduled my appointment for that specific service, I was confused why they over booked their schedule and didn’t have time to take care of me. He spoke to his manager and they said they would get me taken care of. So, after waiting for about an hour, the tech comes up to me to let me know that they had to order a part for my mirror and couldn’t get to that today and would call me once the part came in. A little irritated that all of this wasn’t considered when I made the appointment but I understood and left. I called back on 10/18 to follow up on the part that they were supposed to order and the rep, Michael, told me that it wasn’t ever ordered so he was placing the order that day. I told him the situation and he said he would personally handle it and call me back. He called me back on 10/23 apologizing that he forgot to call me but he ordered the part and it should come in within 1-2 weeks. It is now 11/21 and I still have not heard from Ferguson Buick at all and my mirror is still broken. Very disappointed in their service department and their service team. Do better! More

Bout got a 2017 mustang and when I went to pick it up they said the rear camera had quit working and they were going to have to take it to ford to fix. They made appointment to take to ford for June the they said the rear camera had quit working and they were going to have to take it to ford to fix. They made appointment to take to ford for June the 17th at 9am. I took the car in few days before due to having to work that day. On Tue the 18th they called and said that the car had to be sent to ford to be fixed. Need to say I’m highly upset at this point!!!! We shall see how they take care of this situation!!! More

We just paid 600$ to have a door handle fixed which took four months. They did a check to make sure the car was running OK and said it was. By the time he got the car home it would not excelerate properly. four months. They did a check to make sure the car was running OK and said it was.
