Great Dealership, Great Car! So, I've never written a review about a dealership before. Usually, my experiences with them are negative to say the least. I've actually walked out after listening to the BS about a car that I knew more about than the salesman trying to pitch it. I guess I do my homework before walking into a dealership. Ferguson Subaru was the exception. They respected my knowledge about the car and only enhanced it with further, factual details. There was no pressure and the negotiations on price were civil and professional. Joe Glenn was my salesman that day. Since then, he's been incredibly helpful with any questions or issues I've had. I can always count on him! As for the management, they went above and beyond to help me out with a loaner car to drive while I waited for mine to arrive. Who does that? That would be Tony Allen! I'll keep referring people to Joe, and I'll keep buying Subaru's from Ferguson. 👍 More

I asked for them to value my trade before I drove 2 hrs just to make sure we werent wasting each others time. After calling, texting, and emailing I finally got an answer. He said my car was worth 1/2 of what 3 other dealers had said. After I asked him why he said it had body damage *2 door dings* and since it was a manual transmission nobody would want it. When I brought up NADA and KBB he said it didnt matter what they said. I then told him I didnt have to trade to buy the vehicle I was interested in but I wasnt going to pay $1,000 over NADA Retail. He then asked me why I was contacting them and wouldnt respond to anymore communications. Maybe because I wanted to buy a vehicle?! 4 days of communication that was always initiated by me lost. Oh well. More
